THROUGH EXTREME ECONOMY HOLY COMMUNION WILL BE OFFERED HOLY THURSDAY AND HOLY SATURDAY BEFORE LITURGY FROM 7 AM TO THE BEGINNING OF ORTHROS AT 9:30 A.M. AND AT DIVINE LITURGY

Please know that communion outside of its place in the Divine Liturgy is offered only at times of extreme need.  For example, when one is sick or dying.  However, the Lord is Great and Loving and because many people work and are not able to be present during the services of Holy Week, but want to receive the Divine Sacrament, special economy is being granted.

For those who feel the need to receive communion, but are not able to be present for the Liturgy; Holy Communion will be offered from the reserve gifts that are normally used in times of extreme need.  I will distribute these gifts on Holy Thursday and Holy Saturday from 7am until the beginning of Orthros at 9:30am.

They will not be available after Divine Liturgy.  Please know that this is being done for those who feel the need to commune but are unable to attend Divine Liturgy only and all others should make time to attend the Divine Liturgy and commune with the rest of the community.
